Head Interiors showcases a new way of working at the new Knightsbridge development park

As leaders in interior architecture with a list of blue chip companies as our clients, we understand how difficult it is for potential clients to visualize their future office when looking at an empty white box.

That is why Head Interiors is showcasing our vision for activity based workspace environments at the new Knightsbridge Development Park in Bryanston.

Managed by the Emira Property Fund, this redevelopment office park spans 29,352sqm in terms of GLA office space and is located opposite the Didata Campus.

A P-grade, resource-efficient and green rated office complex, the layout of the complex is built around the concept of a central urban park where buildings are placed within a dense urban forest.

Unsurprisingly, the interiors of this development will be defined by quality design, materials and finishes and feature standby generators and back-up water supply.

How we envision this space…

Featuring floor plan options with interior design concepts, images, 3D renders and mood boards, Head Interiors are showcasing our proposed designs as part of a tenant fit-out service located in Office Block C of the development.

This will enable potential tenants to not only better understand the potential of each prospective office site, but also be able to look, touch and feel the actual concept which reflects Head Interiors’ approach to interior architecture.

Two Activity Based Workspace environments, one spanning 1000sqm and another 350sqm, will be showcased on site.
