The two interior design finish schemes created by Head Interiors for the 164 unit, semi-detached, three and four bedroom unit complex draw inspiration from the unique setting while allowing the home owner to personalize each space according to their own individual taste and style.
Mood boards for the schemes include the modern and sleek Basalt and the clean and contemporary Dolomite which are on display on site and include actual floor, cabinet, kitchen and colour finishes.
The neutral palette carries through to the Winsor Grey custom designed cabinetry in bedrooms while accents of grey in mosaic tiles punctuate the bathroom.
Meanwhile in the kitchen, grey accents are complemented by the mottled granite kitchen tops and light oak washed laminate kitchen cupboards to create an aesthetic which is stylish yet contemporary, modern yet understated.
In the bedrooms, the colour scheme is complemented by a rich Bordeaux vinyl flooring while all built-in cupboards are finished in a Linen coloured laminate. In the bathroom a beige/white mosaic tile detail and Espresso coloured vanities add interest.
Moving into the kitchen, leathered Rustenburg granite tops create a contemporary and fresh feel and are complimented by the brown/grey washed laminated kitchen cabinets and the black mat Metro tiles forming the back splash.
